Let me see it! Is it fabric? feathers? buttons? shells? clay flowers? Or something entirely new?
I am seriously leaning towards the forever bouquet and had to show my bouquet lust. This may be her bees! The work this designer puts into her creations shows and is imho, truly a work of art. A keepsake forever I’d plan to put under glass to keep in mint condition, should one my son’s way off in the future fiance (he’s only 11 now) or my stepdaughter (almost 5) wish to have a gorgeous “something borrowed” one day .
Since we’ve been doing some serious saving on our wedding (and yet having somehow more for us and our guests), I can splurge a teeny bit on the bouquet!
This is my object of affection, created by Kimberly Aurora of Romantic flowers on Etsy:
Isn’t the bout to die for too?

that’s really cool looking!

Thx. Actually me splurging might be meaning me paying what is in line for most brides getting a great flower bouquet, so not totally unreasonable at all!

So original! Love how the colors & textures still make it look soft & fresh, like flowers.
Don’t have a pic of what I’m planning on doing (still vetting florists so can’t post sample pix yet), but here’s my thought: walking down the aisle with a lei meant for Fiance (maile & pikake – looks like lemon leaf garland & jasmine buds, respectively) wrapped in a bouquet like bundle & then, when I get to the altar to meet him, I unfurl it & “lei” him. (we’re trying to incorporate as much of my heritage into our CA ceremony, so leis).
I hope you get your dream splurge!
