    Darling Husband is TOTALLY worse. He’s like a whiny, 5-year old, plus a huge crab-ass.

    He never gets sick.  Seriously.  He’s had, like, one mild sinus infection since we’ve been together.

    Me, I had the swine flu, a sore throat for several months (unexplained, wasn’t strep), stomach virus, etc etc etc.

    So I guess we’ll find out who’s more of a wimp when he finally gets something haha!

    Oh, my goodness. Fiance is sick right now and he won’t stop whining. I work part time and have had the last two days off and all I’ve done is take care of him. I complain when I’m sick, too, but I’m not nearly as bad. 🙂

    FH is WAY worse, lays in bed and the conversation goes:

    FH -“Chicken soup really sounds good”

    Me – “We don’t have any, I will go to the store and get some”

    FH (in a whiny voice) – “Oh, you don’t have to baby, I can go.”

    I haven’t been sick for more than 5 years, sometimes I want to get sick just to see what would happen.

    My fiance is a whiny, needy beeyotch when he’s sick. Me? I just want to be left alone when I don’t feel well. After he feels better, I tease him for a week about his behavior 🙂

    I’m the whiny 5-year old when I’m sick, lol

    I’m actually sick right now with what I remember to be one of my worst colds ever. Tomorrow will be day 7 and I’m still feeling pretty crappy. The worst part of this is waking up many many times in the middle of the night with coughing fits. Tomorrow might be when I go see the Dr to see if it’s anything worse.

    @tksjewelry: LOL

    Yeah, Darling Husband is definitely whipy-er than I am.  I don’t even remember the last time I have been sick.  I even tried to get sick when the Darling Husband was starting to get sick.  Of course, he got sick and I didn’t.  I tell people I swear by the flu shot and I even considered not getting my flu shot, just so I could get sick.  Yeah, doesn’t sound like a good idea, so I got my flu shot.

    I think I’m so tough sometimes that I told the Darling Husband that I want to give birth naturally and un medicated because ‘I think I can, I can do it, I’m tough!.’  Yeah, we’ll have to see who will win that one. LOL

    @symphony:  The sore throat went away as mysteriously as it came.  I took several different kinds of drugs throughout the process, and I suppose one of them worked. This was about a year ago and I haven’t had any problems since!

    One of my Fiance employees called me and begged me to make my Fiance go home, because he was to sick to be at work and was refusing to leave. He is the opposite of a hypochondriac-he could be spewing blood and insist there is nothing wrong with him. I am pretty healthy most of the time, but when I do get sick I am down for the count. I admit it, I can be a little drama queen baby when I am sick. Luckilly I have a great guy who is perfectly willing to mop my brow and coddle me I am not feeling so great.

    Fiance hardly EVER gets sick…whereas I’m in my first 3 years of teaching, when your immune system takes a beating.  So…I guess there’s not much room for comparision, so I’ll say that I’m the bigger baby.
