I do 95% of the cooking and love it!

He does the dishes, it’s a good trade.

While we love the process of cooking together from picking a recipe, buying the ingrediants and prepping/cooking we live in NYC and our kitchen has almost no countertop and is truly a one-person kitchen. So I usually do most of the cooking just because I’m a little more organized about buying the food, deciding what to make each night and knowing how to do it and I get home from work about an hour before he does for the most part. But he does cook at least once or twice a week and always cleans, even if I cook.

I do the cooking, unless it’s outside on a grill..

Fiance does help out though, but if I don’t give specific instructions things don’t always turn out too well..

Honestly, neither one of us cooks much.  It’s pretty sad, really.  Two adults that don’t know how to cook.  Oh well!

For us it’s 0/100 with my FH doing all the cooking!  I absolutely HATE cooking and he loves it.  I do all of the cleaning, which I don’t mind TOO much.   I just wish my FH wasn’t such a messy cook…  I’m not going to be too picky though!

i’m amazed at how many bees have a Fiance who cooks!  i wouldn’t bet on my guy even knowing how to operate the toaster and when he microwaves anything he always asks, “how long do i put this in for?”  luckily for him i LOVE to cook!

It’s all me! I loveeee cooking & baking. The Fiance can make cuponoodles, rice and spaghetti. I always wonder if he can’t cook or doesn’t because I always jump into it hehe

I do all the cooking when we’re together… breakfast, lunch & dinner. He’s cooked for me twice in our entire relationship!

He says he wants to cook more, but he doesn’t really make an effort lol. Oh sorry… during the summer months he takes control & grills everything 🙂

I’d say we are probably 50/50, or maybe 55/45 LOL (with ME doing a little bit more), but he is definately the BETTER cook!

He can put just the right amount and kind of spices on stuff and it tastes perfect! Then I can turn around and cook the exact same thing, with the same spices, and it tastes totally different!

I swear he has some kind of secret spice up in the cabinet somewhere that I don’t know about Smile

I would say we’re 80/20 me/him. But what he does make, he makes amazingly. I probably just cook more because I know how to cook more things/recipes, and he tends to cook just a few things or fall back to pizza or hamburgers, which I am NOT going to eat everyday lol!!
