@MrsRichard:  Just periods and temps, but I will fully admit to forgetting to temp every few days. My work schedule is sporadic and temping at the same time every day was really, really hard. I just could not remember for the life of me no matter how many alarms I set ๐Ÿ™

Hubs and I have been together 6 years and married for 4 months. We have never used any protection after our first year of being exclusive.

ETA: DH is 29 and I am 28

This is our second cycle and I am afraid this is not going to be as easy as 1,2,3 for us. I had a pelvic ultrasound and there is a good chance that I may have PCOS ๐Ÿ™  My cycles are very irregular and upon having my pap smear 2 weeks ago, I was told that my cervix is “crooked” and and my ovaries feel “abnormally enlarged”. My ob has me on a supplement called pregnitude to help me ovulate regularly and improve the quality of my eggs and she has me on pre-natals as well.

Crossing fingers that we are a Pregnitude success story, I have read/heard that it works wonders for PCOS ladies! My period was due on Monday and I have seen no signs of AF however my breast were really tender last week so I know she is coming soon *eye roll*

If nothing happens by the fourth cycle we will start temping and using OPK’s. Right now we are only charting and trying lol!

@MrsRichard:  we haven’t been charting yet because we decided to just try the old fashion way for a while, but now it definitely seems like charting should be an option. That’s so awesome to hear. I love hearing success stories!

We just started TTC this month.

Fiance and I are both 21. But my family has fertility problems and nobody in my family has been able to get pregnant after age 26 so we are trying now. I would of liked to wait until after we got married but because my parents are footing most of the wedding bill, we have to wait until I graduate college. which will make our window of being able to have kids much much smaller.

@MrsRichard:  I’m just starting my second two week wait! We were super busy/tired this month and didn’t get to BD as much as I would’ve liked during the fertile window, but such is life. We’ll see in a couple weeks, I guess! My period is due Sept. 6th, and I am going to try not to test until a day or two before, or just wait until it’s late. FX!

How about you??????

@phillylove49:  I know exactly how you feel. My SO and I are TTC but not charting or anything but he has 2 little girls from a previous marriage so he doesn’t act as excited about it either. I’ve gotta admit Im a little bummed that we won’t share all the first experiences and I wish he was more excited because I feel I need to rein in my excitement. But I know he is actually looking forward to it and never really shows excitement anyway, he’s just that kinda guy. Once I’m pregnant though, and Im sure it’ll be the same with you, he’ll be so caring and doting and not let me do anything…lol…men…if you ever feel like complaining message me..haha

I went off the pill in May and we’ve been TTC ever since. I’m 26 (27 in a couple weeks) and H is 28. He’s been the one who’s had to talk me into it, God love him. He’s been ready since we got married two years ago.

Things are going slowly for us. After I stopped the pill I got my period like I normally would at the end of the pack, then I got another one about 10 days late in June, and haven’t had one since. It’s been right at 70 days since my last period, and I don’t even think I’m ovulating, so it’s a bit frustrating. I called my dr and she said to give it another month and if I still hadn’t gotten my period to come in for bloodwork and an ultrasound. Hopefully things will level out and it’ll come on its own.

Hi Ladies, I’ll introduce myself!  DH and I are both 31 and I’ve been off BCP since December of last year, and we used the pull out method up until the wedding.  We thought we would see what happens naturally but have just gone through our 4th cycle and AF showed up this morning ๐Ÿ™  I’m considering purchasing OPK’s and trying that route before charting.  I’m not sure how consistent I’d be at charting and am worried about taking the romance out of trying.  My periods are like clockwork and I thought I was good at judging my CM but I guess not.

I’m hopeful for all of you Bees getting your BFPs very soon!! DH and I aren’t TTC until December, but if this thread is still around I’ll definitely hop in! I know December is only 4 months away, but it feels like FOREVER.

@MrsRichard:  starting september– much much earlier than planned. But I’m not expecting it to be easy.  Should probably temp, and might. But I usually can tell with ovulation cramps. Though knowing the exact day would leave out a lot of the guess work.
