Most of the time when I go to a bridal shop or jewelry shop they are nice and helpful. However, when ever I do have a bad customer service experiance it is usually at a bridal shop or at a jewelry shop.
About 1/4 of the bridal shops I went to were rude when I was dress shopping.
This is one experience. ONe shop I went to, I called and asked if I could come in at 3. The shop owner let me try on one dress then told me to write down all the dresses I wanted to try on and come back on Wed at 4. I emailed him a l list of the dresses on Monday. When I went in on Wed he said he didnt have any of the dresses I wanted to try on. Then I pointed to some dresses I wanted to try on and he said I couldnt bc someone else was coming in to try on a dress and there is only one room.

That stinks… in a situation like that, IF I would have found the dress at that store… I would have purposely ordered the same exact dress from another shop. It doesn’t pay to be rude, or unorganized in the business world.

Well It kinda involves a bridal store. At one local owned store they also have a big prom dress collection. So I went there to find a dress.Granted my mom took me right when she got off work and she was in her uniform.(She was a manager at a nice restraunt in our area)They treated us like we were nothing because she was in a work uniform(this place is in the “high class snobby area”)Every girl there was trying on 5-8 dresses. They let me try on 2 dresses and then they told us “Well are you going to buy the dress or not”So lets just say whenever I go to find a wedding dress I will NOT go there.I guess I learned early
