We’re poors haha so I have a moissanite until we can afford a real diamond the size and quality we want. My fiance is not a fan of diamond simulants but I didn’t want a small or poor quality diamond in the meantime.

I chose to go with moissanite h&a because I could get exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the cost. I love my set and don’t regret it at all!

I chose it because I could get a bigger stone for less money, and the diamond industry is just awful.

I bought an Amora because it made sense to get an identical look for a fraction of the price. Everyone on this site claims to be able to tell the difference between the stones, but I sure can’t, so it works for me. I’m also not a jewelry person, so that helps. I’m also very practical with money and prefer to see it used elsewhere than my jewelry, so being able to do so without sacrificing the ring I wanted was a no brainer.
I honestly see no downsides to it and I have zero regrets. I think it’s great that there are so many diamond alternatives coming into the market. I’m curious what the longer-term effects on diamond pricing will be. There will always be diamond purists but I think many people who buy diamonds only do so because of the tradition.
