LOL I have never heard of this particular sleep disorder. Sorry, I shouldn’t poke fun. This is crazy bizarre. Maybe it would be best to take them off before you go to sleep, put them somewhere safe… and then they’ll be in the same place in the morning. You don’t want to risk damaging them.

Has this started recently? If so, I’d try taking them off at night for a week or two, and then try sleeping with them on again, and see if the behavior continues.

I am not sure if it’s anything to be too worried about… you could check w. your doctor just in case.

Lol I don’t know. That’s pretty funny/scary. My only advice is to try to take it off and put it away safely before you go to bed. Only wear it when you’re awake and conscious!

I do this!  And so, I don’t wear my rings anymore at night 🙂  Maybe they bother us in our sleep?  Who knows what the reason is, but I strongly recommend you stop wearing them to bed and then you’ll never worry about them!

I do this every so often; I rarely wear my ering to bed, but when I do, sometimes my fingers swell at night and it becomes uncomfortable.  Just take them off before bed.  Much safer than doing things in your sleep with them!
