This is definitely silly. And I don’t see how his contacting escort services equate with you riding in a guy’s car to go to lunch with coworkers whatsoever

@unknow123:  After reading through your other threads I can see how you’d be a nervous wreck and be worried about what might set your husband off. He doesn’t sound like a nice person at all, why do you put up with being treated like crap? You’re letting him walk all over you, escorts??

“I forgave him and told him I would forgive him entirely and I promised I wouldn’t go through his phone anymore”

@unknow123:  I don’t quite know how story A & story B tie together.

I also don’t think there is any reason, at all, to feel guilty about riding to lunch with a group of colleagues who include someone of the opposite sex. I honestly would not think twice about riding to lunch with a group of my colleagues (all men, by the way) because that’s just the way it is. We’re going to lunch, it would be weird for me to request to drive myself when we’re all carpooling. Plus, it’s not like anyone has designs on me or me on them. It’s purely colleagues.

I don’t really understand how your husband’s escort betrayal is related to you being in a vehicle with a male, because they are not equal. What he did was fucked up and is clearly fogging your judgment about your relationship. Please do not feel guilty about getting lunch with your coworkers. There is nothing scandalous about it.

@OldMrsMcDonald:  Lol! I almost spit out my water!

I just can’t see this being real.

If it is, your concern is wildly unfounded. You should be more concerned with the first half of your story rather then the second.

Umm…I wouldn’t forgive him so quickly, and I definitely wouldn’t buy that “I plan to go, but I never did story”…

Riding in a colleagues car is nothing to feel guilty about.

I’m just as confused as the rest of you!

If I felt guilty for every time I ride in a car with another man….. I would be in deep deep trouble.
I’m an officer, I spend 12 hours a day in a car with another man.

I am smelling a troll here… am I the only one?

@OldMrsMcDonald:  LMAO. Seriously, what the what? OP, get thee to therapy. Riding in the car was not wrong; calling an escort is.

7 months ago you posted that you had found an escorts number on his phone that he had ”accidently” saved. And you are here again now with the exact same problem

You have much bigger problems than having lunch with coworkers sweety.

For your own sake go seek therapy for why on earth you put up with this utter shit your husband is putting you through. Im absolutely baffled as to how you believe him now since he’s done this before

@unknow123: Oh honey…I just read your archives, and you’ve been dealing with these issues for over TWO YEARS. You don’t deserve to live like this. It’s time to see a therapist because your husband will never change. You have got to figure out why you have so little self-esteem that you have minimized yourself to the point of accepting his continued lies and feeling guilty over something completely innocent. He has you wrapped around his finger for sure; get some help and stop letting him control your life.

+1 I don’t understand the double standards.

If my husband was making plans to meet escorts, he wouldn’t be my husband anymore. That behavior is disgusting and unacceptable for married men or women.

My husband and I trust each other enough to not freak out over little things.

I know what low self esteem feels like as I have battled it my whole life. Now I am at a place where I know what I am worth and what I will tolerate.
