(Closed) Why does my ring look like this in the sun?

I am no expert, but you may be right about floresence.  I seem to recall reading somewhere during my research that floresence can make the stone cloudy in certain lights

Definitely fluoresence. I wouldn’t worry about it though, looks pretty!

I feel like cushions are also more apt to do this. I thought I wanted a cushion but then realized they weren’t for me because of this very reason. It is a truly lovely ring, enjoy!
