I love the first ring! My ring is from Kay too and I noticed all the stones that came set in the ring were poor quality. So Fiance and I picked a setting I loved and then picked an upgraded center stone separately and they had it set for us 🙂

Most of the rings had CZs and a handful had the diamonds preset. This was a pre-set ring. I think I need to go back and discuss with the jewler (not the sales woman) why the ring is appearing cloudy before I make a decision 🙂
I am way too nervous to spend that much money on a site that I can’t return if I dont love it. I am also in wine county which takes normal prices and jacks them up a ton! The center stone is 1/2 carat and the rings are both platinum. I thought it was a smoking deal, but now I know I can find better!

I really like brilliantearth.com for rings and stones. I too am shopping for my favorites. The other site I love is briangavindiamonds.com.

The second ring for sure!! And to tell you mine didn’t look cloudy at all in the stores as either, but when I brought it home it did. I guess because of all the dirt and all the dust coming in from the outside?
After I cleaned it (myself) the center stone looked ten times shinier and didn’t look smoggy at all! Use dawn or Palmolive dish soap. Soak it in there for 30 mins to get all the residue off there, use a tooth brush and deep clean it, rinse it off, and you’re done. I’d like to repeat the process over for more sparkly 😀
Hope this helps!!
