(Closed) Why doesn't platinum "play nice" with other rings?

The metal in platimnym can never be “worn off”, it just changes place, as in scraches and buckles, whilst gold and silver looses metal when they are scrached. 🙂 platinum is more easily scrached than gold, but it doesnt get thinner like gold.

Silver is a really soft metal, it would probably look scrached very quickly sitting against a platinum ring. I am not sure how platinum would react against silver, though! 🙂
