Does it mean they didn’t like what I sold to them? Or they just haven’t got around to it yet?
I could really use the feedback so my store could get off the ground. I try super hard to sell high quality products, so I don’t know why people haven’t been leaving me any feedback. It is kind of frustrating. Any suggestions?

I’m pretty sure that if they didn’t like your products they would leave a review. Have you left reviews for your customers? Maybe you should follow up with your customers to make sure they liked the product.

I’ve bought things off of Etsy that I have loved, but didn’t leave feedback because I had no idea that I could do that!

I think a lot of people forget. I have the problem when I sell stuff on Ebay or Half.com that people never leave any feedback and it makes me nuts! Usually as a subtle reminder, I write a note on the packing slip saying please leave feedback!

yep, I’ve left all positive feedback for the people who have bought from my store.

I always leave feedback when I receive the item (if it is positive or neutral), if it will be or could be negative feedback I give the seller a chance to remedy it first.

I usually don’t leave feedback if I’m not happy with something. I figure no FB is better than negative. Doesn’t mean the product is terrible necessarily, but it may have taken them way longer than promised to complete things, shipping has been slow, and they never return emails.

I’m similar to smyley – I always leave positive feedback unless I wasn’t happy, in which case I leave no feedback. That only happened once, when it took the seller months longer to make something than she had promised. The quality was fine, but I was annoyed about the delays and long periods of not hearing from her when she had promised regular updates.
In your situation, maybe including a note with the item thanking the buyer for their purchase and asking them to leave feedback if they are happy with the product and service would help.
