I have it. I haven’t used it too much but I will say I feel completely rediculous doing it ๐Ÿ™‚ But I hear you feel that way no matter what.I’ll have to use it some more and give you a more thorough review.

I bought it this weekend, but haven’t tried it yet.  I’m also curious to hear from people who have used it and either liked or didn’t like it.

I was just looking at it a few hours ago and the reviews were very mixed. I don’t want to spend my money on something that’s not worth it.

Fiance got me zumba for wii for xmas.  My mom and I started doing it…and we both feel completely stupid doing it.  I did it by myself one day and I was embarassed to have my dog watching me!  I have never been to a real zumba class, but I like the wii version.  You can do a quick 20-30 min cardio and it really gets my blood pumping!  I suggest buying it…its a good way to get cardio in but in a fun way.  Maybe look at gamestop or something…they usually have used stuff pretty quickly!

@ChantelleyLace: Don’t be afraid of going to classes!! Zumba is super fun and generally a great environment (based on my own experiences). No info on the game, but if you’re curious, try it out! Lots of gyms offer your first class free if you listen to their pitch on membership.. Call around and ask!

I got Zumba for the wii & I love it! It’s kind of hard for me only bc I have to left feet…it’s mostly a lot of hip movements & what not. I’ve tried it a few times & I will say that even thought I wasn’t perfectly in step with the game I was working up a sweat & to me that was good enough! ๐Ÿ˜‰ I am also very embarassed to do it in front of others…but when I find that I’m home alone or late at night I love it! I would recommend you rent it before you get it if you are having a hard time making a decision! Good luck!

I haven’t heard much about the wii version, but I got the dvds for Christmas and I think it’s really fun. Make sure you spend as much time on the tutorial that teaches the steps as you need. I’m dance-challenged (some might even call me dance-retarded), so I had to rewind a few of the steps quite a few times before I got  it. (Especially the quebradita. I hate that one!)

And I have to agree with the PPs. I feel like a fool doing it, as fun as it is. I don’t even let Fiance see me do it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I got it because we can’t afford the gym anymore and they only have the zumba classes at night, when I work, and honestly, I love it. It gets me up and moving and I love to dance. Fiance tried to do it with me but gave up after about 5 mins. because he said he couldn’t do the hip thing lmao. But it’s a good workout

I’ve loved the Zumba classes but now they’re all scheduled over my actual course meeting times. Fiance is sending our Wii up here to live with me, so I’ve been considering the Zumba game. Any comparisons from you bees who’ve done Zumba classes and the video? @xshellx2003: Did you think it was pretty comparable to the gym workout?

I don’t think it’s really as fast paced as the classes but they still keep you moving.
