Will a .55 oval be too small?

foundlove25 :  It’s perfect finger coverage. Large enough for the finger without looking ostentacious, but still stands out without seeming too small, and that is all due to the finger size. I’m sure if my fingers were bigger it’d be a bigger issue. I have a friend with larger fingers, and her ring is about the same stone size, but it does look smaller next to my hand.

It will look great on you.

twentytwentybride :  Thanks. We had a budget in mind, and I always wanted the kite setting. Wanted to maximize what we could afford and finger coverage. The split band worked like a charm.

My diamond is .25 ct but my fiancé designed it with a thin platinum bezel around it and it helps with finger coverage. However, it’s reallt high quality and sparkles like no other and I think that’s more important than size.

heres my .47 oval (size 8 finger) I was afraid it’d look small on my finger but I think it’s the perfect size for me!
