I’ve always envisioned myself wearing my hair down with a subtle flower crown/headband during my wedding. However I’ve since fallen in love with (and bought) a wedding dress that has more of an elegant vintage feel to it than rustic/boho. I would still love to wear the flower headgear if you think I can pull it off with this dress. Opinions? And any pictures or links to the kind of thing you think would work would be very appreciated too 🙂
thanks so much

I love your dress! I think that would go fantastic with your hair down and a flower crown.

I think you should go with something more like a Twigs & Honey crown. Also, your dress is fabulous!

so beautiful! i think a flower crown complements any dress. but with this i’d suggest a birdcage veil, or maybe a headpiece that’s vintage-inspired. i love your dress so much!

Flower crown would not be my first choice for this dress.

love the dress! but i dont see a flower crown with it. agree with PP that birdcage veil would better suit this dress

No, but may I suggest a beaded head dress? Something like these

I’m not sure a floral crown would be quite right, pretty as they are. I think something a little more art deco would be on point for this dress (fab, by the way).
Oh holy hell those are huge. Sorry. You get the idea though.
ETA: Not sure if you’re into it but a juliet cap veil would be lovely with this. It’s a bold look, but awesome if you can pull it off. (I think ClaudiaKishi is wearing one? The bee, not the book character of my childhood.)

Oh so pretty! Maybe something like these would work? Google image search the phrase “art deco flower crown”

If you want to do a flower crown go for it! You could probably get a subtle one and get some bling added to it

You can do a jeweled/ metal flower crown!

Oh wow thanks for the suggestions guys – these items are beautiful. I think I should probably let go of the rustic flowers idea if it goes ‘quite well’ with the dress but some of these other pieces would be perfect with the dress.
Thank you for all the sweet comments 🙂 I love this dress. I initially had something much more simple in mind but once I tried this one on I couldn’t not get it. Also it was only £500 but to me it looks so much more expensive! 😀
