Use baby powder in areas where skin may rub or sweat like under arm where it touches the dress .

ladycirtolthiel:  If you get a good spray airbrush tan this should not happen. That’s why you have to do your research beforehand. I got my tan 3 days before my wedding. Wore a white dress for the rehearsal dinner and my wedding dress was ivory. No rub off from my tan at all.

Just one thing to consider, you don’t want to look significantly more tanned than your Fiance. So do the trial for sure to see what you look like standing next to him. If it looks weird, then either consider not doing the spray tan or asking him to get one done too.

I got a spray tan two days before – it didn’t rub off at all.  I would also recommend not doing it more than three days before.  It starts getting a little splotchy after that time.  I think it is only really nice for three or four days – at least that has been my experience.

I also want to reccomend you don’t get it done a week or more before your wedding as it will be as good as gone by the time your wedding arrives, they typically last around 5-6 days on me. If I was getting married on a Saturday I’d probably get it done on the Thursday evening.

I have never worn white after having one but I imagine it might stain your dress a little (but probaby more on the inside). For about a week after having one done If I dry myself with a white towel after showering I notice marks on the towel so it does transfer.
