I don’t see how those would even remotely work in sand. You’re going to sink on sand no matter what you wear.

I wouldn’t wear anything other than flat sandals. Those look like a face plant waiting to happen.

I can see the idea they’re trying to go for, but they look ridiculous, IMO. If you’re getting married on sand, go barefoot or wear flat sandals; don’t pretend it’s not on sand by trying to wear platform heels on a lucite base.

Sand functions a lot differently than grass. I think the sand would get onto the flat base and weigh you down, giving you a pretty award gait every time you had to raise a foot. Plus, to be honest, I think they’re pretty ugly. I’d just do sandals or go barefoot.

@aquamarine2019:  I don’t think that will work in sand. It will either get buried and have to dig yourself before you step or you’ll turn each foot into a sand board and end up arse over tits on the floor. Just wear flats or go barefoot and change into your heels once the ceremony is over and you’re on dry land.

@aquamarine2019:  Those grass walker things are the kind of product that should had never seen the light of day. There are plenty of options – whether flat shoes or sandals – that are beautiful and appropriate for a ceremony on the sand.

You chose sand and you’ll need to choose some kind of sandal or just go barefoot to deal with the sand. Those look like a broken ankle waiting to happen.

Genuine question – you are serious when you say you wear heels on the beach and not only that but it improves your posture ? I live at the beach and l can say with total honesty that l have never , ever seen any one attempt it . Not even wedges. You must have some damn hard sand where you are, lol!

I have  to say OP, l think you would look a bit silly hobbling along sinking, or teetering balanced on the balls of your feet. And those grass walker things are not made for sand apart from looking frankly ugly.
