@beeswax:  actually I can see you wearing them again! If you want to, rip the stones off.  Go To places like forever 21 or such where you can buy pretty hairclips ( ones with flowers or laces that sell in pairs) and clip them onto your shoe. You can switch the clip depending on what color or style you want. White is amazing to wear in the summer!

@beeswax:  oh wait, I missed it, they are badgley’s? Don’t rip the stones off haha, you can still wear them with nice dark skinny jeans, or a night out with people.

^ Definitely. Or even with a pastel knee-length dress they’d look really sweet 🙂

They look pretty bridal. The color is very wedding-y. Maybe you could wear them to another wedding or formal event?

@beeswax:  haha there’s no rule that says you can’t wear satin 🙂 try and experiment with your clothes at home. Never let the material dictate what you should wear and what not 🙂

@beeswax:  It’s really hard for me to picture those shoes with anything other than a wedding dress. Satin shoes in general only work with cocktail and evening dresses, and white satin shoes would maaaaybe go with pastel, spring colors. I think you might be able to make them work, but if I owned those shoes, they’d end up in the back of my closet after the wedding.

ETA: I feel I should tell you that do like them. I love classic white shoes with wedding dresses. Badgley Mischka does make a “natural” (nude) option and a “royal silk” (royal blue) option that would be more wearable, but I personally like the white the best.

Most def if you are willing to dye them…possibly black or a nice neutral color. I can’t tell you the last time I wore white shoes personally thou!

@beeswax:  I have them in navy and I completely plan on wearing them again. I don’t know if I would be able to find a use for the white ones with out dying them though.

I got them in the royal blue as my “something blue” and to match my bridesmaid dresses. I definitely plan on wearing them again for a night out with skinny jeans and possibly to a wedding/cocktail party with a dress.

Even though they are white, which will limit the seasons you can wear them to some extent, you can totally get away with wearing them again. I wear cute pumps with embellishments on the regular so I don’t see any difference with these just because you originally bought them for your wedding!

I almost got those shoes in blue, they’re gorgeous. Are you dead set on the white ones? Have you considered buying them in color? I ask b/c then you would DEFINITELY be able to wear them over and over again.

I think you could wear these again with dark denim, and maybe a few dresses.

@weddingbound:  +1 for the dye. I couldn’t see these transitioning well into other outfits unless they were a different color.
