I don’t think you will look like a clown, but IMO you should do one or the other. Shoes OR crinoline, not both. Both is just too much going on I think.

If you’re going to do colored shoes and dyed crinoline you probably want to stick with one color. If you want to do blue shoes I wouldn’t dye your crinoline but if you really want to dye your crinoline then you could probably get away with orange shoes. I think you should do orange shoes…just cuz I love the Nina Electra in Tangerine! http://www.zappos.com/nina-electra-tangerine-satin

I agree if you are doing both colored crinoline and shoes you need to stick with same color or shades of same color.

@Imagelicious: I think you are going to be better off doing a shade of blue for the crinoline instead of orange even a light shade of orange.

I would do white/ivory shoes and do your something blue on your garter or you could use a blue crystal on your hair fascinator or a blue crystal charm on your necklace or blue pearl earrings (I’m thinking a light blue for all of these0.

There are lots of other ways to incorporate blue!  I think i’d think you were cheering on a sports team if I saw blue shoes and orange crinolin.

Yeah, i’d consider blue crinoline…but orange and blue is just too much going on!  But I love the shoes you’ve got so far!

you could change your colours to blue and orange LOL.  Seriously though, if not, I would leave out the crinoline because I so badly wanted blue shoes too.
