I think if you stick to a low carb low sodium diet drink water only and lots of it you could definitely fit in it! Is it so tight that you cant breathe or do you tink its doable? If not you can always change the back to a corset and wouldnt have to worry about anything! =) good luck! The dress is gorgeous btw!

I don’t know from the picture, but three weeks is not a lot of time. And to lose weight healthily I would say no. Just out of curiosity why did you buy a dress that was too small for you? You already look pretty tiny from the pictures you posted.

@juliette.eliza:  Ugh that is horrible! The consultant at our bridal shop did tell me the sample size stretches out with wear and then made me order a size up even though the sample fit. I’m glad she did now. (I was not at the time!) I would just suggest maybe adding in more cardio and watching sodium intake, or anything else that could make you retain water or feel bloated.

Good luck!

Portion your food, and try myfitnesspal.com!!! You enter in your information and where you want to be and basically count calories, it will tell you how many calories to intake for the desired weight you want by the desired date.

May not be the healthiest way though, but if you eat healthy foods and portion right it should help!
