We had 62 guests and I loved it. We had eight tables (four on each side of our sweetheart table and dance floor and I loved being able to see everyone up close. It had a nice intimate feel! We had lots of dancing (about 3/4 danced) and it was awesome!

our ceremony had 30 people and 90 people at the reception. but i wanted it to be small, it was nice and intimate. we actually only did one dance, the hora, and everybody was up dancing! i think as long as the space isn’t huge it will be fine.

I think as long as your space is intimate, then no one will notice the small size.  If you are worried about poeple not dancing, you just need to know your crowd and if you are staying energized and dancing, then your guests should be dancing too.  Make sure your bridal party knows to keep the dance floor going because that’s important to you.

We had 81 guests, and it was perfect.  As long as your space isn’t huge it will keep things intimate.

We are thinking we will have about 65 guests, and when I look at the list, I see a lot of dancers, so I think all will be fine.  I also agree with the above comments that the space needs to be appropriately sized for the guests lists, otherwise it will seem too big.

We had only 39 guests and we had a BLAST. Everyone danced. Everyone. I agree that spacing helps.

We had only about 40 guests and people still danced.  Our venue was smaller though so it didn’t seem huge and empty with that many people.
