For those of you that have popped… litterally… did your belly button go back in? I popped really early bc Im short and being short have a short tourso and longer legs. I joked that my belly button secretly always wanted to be an outy. Now it is as hard as a rock and I have serious doubts it will go back in. My doctor said the only way to garauntee it is to have a c-section. Obviously I am not going to have a c-section only to have my belly button go back in. Just curious as to other bees experiences?

Mine went back in…sort of. It doesn’t look the same and feels larger than it did before. But I wasn’t incredibly thin before pregnancy so that might have something to do with it too…lol

Still pregnant, but everything I’ve read and heard says the belly button should go back (super strange that your doc would say you need a c-section to ensure it does . . . ). Some people say their belly button looks a little more “lived in” than it did before, but it still returned to an innie after popping during pregnancy.

My belly button returned back to normal after my first pregnancy, but I did have a c-section. I’ve never heard anything about a c-section helping your belly button return to an innie, though. Obviously I would think your doc knows best, but I’ve never heard that before.

Everyone I had spoken to says the belly button will go back in once the baby is no longer in there pushing it out.
