I think the rose pattern will compete with the lace. I’d go with a plain black or nude shoe.

Or, conversely, if you’re dead set on the shoes, you could wear a plain black dress.

Agree with danadelphia 100%. Both are equally fab, but I think they would compete with each other.

If you do decide to do a plain black dress, I’d go with the blue shoes. The pattern will stand out more.

I posted in your other thread, but this one has more replies so I’ll repost.

Since the dress has lace, I’d go with a solid colored shoe. I think the all-over print is kind of overwhelming.

I voted for the red ones but agree that the busy-ness of the shoes may compete with the dress (awesome dress, btw). I second danadelphia that a pair of nude heels would look great, and keep the attention on the dress. Something kind of like this:

I think a simpler shoe will look better with the dress, something without a pattern.  Those shoes are gorgeous 🙂

I agree – although the shoes are fabulous, that dress is even better and it needs more simple shoe to truely shoecase the outfit.  I would suggest a black pump or peep toe with a fun detail.  here’s a few options…

I think the shoes are to busy for the dress and the suggestions to go with a solid colored shoe would be the best option; either in black or the other color in your dress. The other color looks like a blush color on my screen.

@SuperShopper:   Did you mean to say “shoecase” or was that a Freudian slip? 😉

I agree with others… plain dress or plain shoes, not both those shoes and that dress together, in my opinion.

Great shoes, but the pattern on them isn’t right to go with the lace on your dress… Sorry.

Eeehhh, to be honest I’m not really fond of them. I think they’re too “busy” and take away from the dress. I think the dress is beautiful and would go great with non-patterned shoes.

I totally agree with the rest of the crew…the shoes are too busy for the dress.  One or the other, not both.  🙂

I agree with everyone else, the shoes are too busy for the pattern on the dress.  A solid colored shoe would compliment the dress.
