You guys are all so awesome!!!! Thank you so much everybody who has posted so far 🙂 I loved my dress and bought it on the spot, then suffered from a lot of dress regret (as you do, of course)…but nope, have gone right back to loving it 🙂
The sweetheart ones are actually not strapless – if you look closely enough they actually have an illusion neckline 😉 Personally I get scared about strapless dresses heading south or if someone else steps on them *horror*, especially since I don’t think either of these dresses will have the same amount of boning and support as my own gown.

scrap what I said about first one better as there’s more underwear options. Ive just seen that’s it’s a illusion back. So both lovely. I think first wins but it’s is a bit more bridal. Either will look lovely with yours and what I said about veil and bridal accessories making you stand out even more still remains.

I love the first option, also, for the height “issue”, wear 1cm+ heels and have them wear fancy ballerina flats? 🙂
Post # 19
I actually am wearing a veil in the pic heheheh but I’ve cropped my head out XD

Yes, that is indeed the plan! My BMs know they get to wear comfy flats for the day and I am on the hunt for some *hopefully* equally comfy 7-8cm heels. My hairdo can make up the remaining difference in height 😀

I don’t like that the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are so similar to your dress. Sure they should look great but they should also be different from you. They should compliment you, not match you. But of course, do what you feel is right.

They’re gorgeous! I love the first ones especially! I don’t think they’re too similar at all – they just go together nicely. It’s not like anyone is going to mistake someone else for the bride! Don’t worry, all eyes will be on the couple no matter what 🙂

Although I think the first dresses are stunning and would not outshine you as the bride, they are a bit boobalicious. For that reason I prefer dress #2 as they are also gorgeous and a tidge more modest.

They are both nice but I love the first ones! And your wedding dress is GORGEOUS, l think they all go together nicely♡

I prefer the colour of the first one and i dont think either are too similar. If Im being honest, the way you have posted the photos my eye is drawn to the bm dresses but thats not how they will be standing on the day and you will of course stand out. Can you get some matching flowers or ribbon in your boquet? I think that would draw the eye back and tie it all together.

Might I ask….which dress do your girls love more and feel best in??? :+)
When it came down to my Maid/Matron of Honor (who would do or wear anything that I wanted….a paper bag if I said so!! LOL) there were two top contenders (one I favored more ) but in the end I was wanting her to wear the dress she felt most confident and comfy in….and we ended up getting the one she felt best in:
The one I favored:
The long for Maid/Matron of Honor and short one on Jr bridesmaid both in blue….
In the end I knew both would look great so found a complimentary dress for Jr bridesmaid (15) that went great:
The white parts of the dress were ordered in a lighter tone blue for that ombre effect of Maid/Matron of Honor dress….hoping that looks good when they come in finally!!?? :+)
Sorry to hijack your thread w my pics it’s just that your post got me thinking that this happened to me and in the end I went w what girls felt best in and know that I’ll shine….here’s the there of us:
Ok no more pics!!!! haha
Good luck bee…

Option 1! I think they’d be a nice complement to your dress. You’re the bride! All eyes will be on YOU!

I think that in option 1 the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses look almost exactly like your wedding dress, even that waistband pulls the similarities together. I’ve been to a wedding where the bride and BMs wore similar cut dress, they also wore that light rose peach color. At reception when the lights were dimmed, and strobe lights were on it became difficult to see where the bride was. Later that night we all went to a nightclub, and one of the patrons (not a part of our group) asked my Darling Husband where is the bride, because he couldn’t tell. All the girls were in long slim dresses and they appeared white under those lights. Anyway i t’s your wedding so you do whatever you want, your family and friends know who the bride is regardless what lighting you use for the reception.

I love the first one but if you have any big busted bridesmaids I don’t think it’s a good fit only because there’s less bra options. Unless there’s a holy grail bra I’ve never heard of that would work for that low back (seriously if there is a bra like that, pleaseeee post it here I’m not kidding).

I love the first one! I love the detail on the back and it’s such a unique dress. I think it will look beautiful!
