I’m trying to find something cute to ask my bridesmaids. I’m not very crafty so something like this probably won’t work….
I thought this was kind of cute, but I’m not exactly sure what they are supposed to do with them.
I don’t think you can go wrong with food so I’m leaning towards this:
Do you have any other ideas? I’ve browsed Etsy, but haven’t found anything that I really liked. Also, my parents are throwing us an engagement party over the holidays. Would it be okay to ask them at the party or perhaps as they leave? I don’t want to make anyone feel uncomfortable or left out; I don’t think anyone would.

I think the cookie idea is awesome, and I would ask them individually, in person.

I sent all my girls flowers with a card. They loved it!

I sent my girls a necklace with a poem. I think the important thing is that you put forth the effort. No matter what, these are your best friends, they’re going to love whatever you do because you’re including them in your wedding.

I bought them wine….
and my (now) husband drew a bridesmaid dress on cards that I gave to my girls with a poem like this inside….

I am not too cheesy, so I made boxes and put shot glasses in them that look like diamond rings. You wear them during bachelorette parties I guess. Then I wrote a funny poem about needing alcohol to survive wedding planning. I delivered almost all of them in person.

I’m making bridesmaid hangers. $8 for wooden letters. $5 for hangers. $4 for spraypaint. $3 for wooden hearts & scrapbook paper. Total of $20! For four hangers that will double a christmas presents, I think not too shabby!

I created little gift boxes using cupcake boxes from a craft store. I included Essie nail polish in wedding-related colors (Borrowed & Blue, Bachelorette Bash, and Happily Ever After), a matching nail file, ghiradelli chocolate (wedding is in San Francisco area), a ring pop, and a card telling them why I would like them to be my bridesmaid. They loved them and they were super affordable and easy.
