I’m doing the baking soda and peroxide trick (found on Pinterest, too) and it’s been working great so far!

I heard the dentist method is the worst pain ever, like brain freeze x1000.  My BFF said DON’T DO IT!!!

I bought Rembrandt 2 hour whitening on Amazon ($9.99 for two applications) and it worked really well.

I use Crest White Strips Advanced twice a year and I’m always getting compliments on how white my teeth are. They work really well.

For maintenance I use Listerine whitening mouthwash (NOT with the flouride) daily.

I normally use crest white strips but I will be trying the baking soda and peroxide trick soon.

I want too but I feel like the Crest whitestrips really make my teeth super sensitive…I guess I will have to suck it up though to have white teeth before the wedding lol

We’re using White Strips!  I said I would get to the dentist before the wedding… that didn’t happen.

@sweetchiquita12:  I have this problem too!  I have some and have been putting off using them for this reason.

Is the baking soda/peroxide (or Rembrandt 2 hour) better for sensitive teeth?  Anyone have experience?

My dentist hooked me up with whitening and I couldn’t take it – After one treatment, my teeth were in so much pain I stopped.

I’ve never tried the whitestrips either…

My vote is try the baking soda route! 🙂

Absolutely.  We already swish with peroxide so adding baking soda should be easy.  Might need to get on that soon to give it time to work.  Will definitely use a whitestrips touch up kit closer to the day if I want them even brighter.

Brush once a week, that’s all! Any more and you’ll tear apart your enamel.

I did the Crest White Strips Professional for 2 weeks before, very good result but made my teeth very sensitive and sore so had to have a break from them every other day, ended up taking almost a month instead of 2 weeks but so worth it 🙂

I’m doing the pinterest one and it’s been working great. I drink coffee every day and never thought anything would really help but I’ve had them cleaned with white strips and by the dentist, this by far has been the best in results
