If you want it, DO IT!!! 🙂

I have one that’s going over my face. The bridal appearance looks better with it, the prettiness of it.

And I think some brides are still doing it.

If you want to do it, do it!! It’s your wedding!  I think people will like it, and I think they understand that all brides do what works for them in terms of tradition…that they have their tastes and preferences.  I know I’d certainly be cool with a bride who had it over her face…

Do it! 🙂

If you like it do it. Simples! I’m not, because he knows what he’s gettin (we’ve been together 10 yrs!) but I have been swayed by some v pretty pics around here. You do precisely what you like!

We didn’t do that.  I didn’t like the look of a two tiered veil and I didn’t want to risk a veil getting caught on something when it was pulled over my head.

I will not be doing it but my best friend who got married did wear a cathedral veil and it did cover her face.  It was something that I had not seen in a while.

Trixicatt: I am having the same issue! I think a romantic, over the face veil would be lovely with my dress, but it is just SO not what I had pictured! I will probably end up getting a small bubble veil and keep it off my face.

Well, I’m not doing a veil at all.  But if I was, I would not want one over my face.  The thing I’m most excited about is that walk down the aisle, and I don’t want anything that might prevent me from seeing my Fi as clearly as possible.

I’m doing a a drop veil and I’d wearing it over my face. The effect is just so beautiful and classic. I love it.

I am, traditionally it is to protect the bride from evil, and I am not taking any chances, LOL.  But seriously, it is always what I have envision for my wedding.  I always wanted a french silk tulle drop veil over my face. I am so excited about wearing it as much as my dress.

Personally, I don’t like it, but if that’s what you like, go for it.  I’m considering my guests in everything, but I think on the way you’re dress, it should be what you want only 🙂

If you like it, go for it and if not, then dont!

I plan on wearing the blusher veil over my face because it is what I envision as bride and I love the look of me coming down the aisle like that on my Daddy’s arm and then Fiance lifting it over my head. Super excited! Ha we will, however, practice on how to lift it so it isnt crumpled or sticking out funny during the ceremony
