This was our cake topper and I just loved it – so sweet!  Its sitting on my dresser at home now as a lovely little reminder of our wedding.

I love these figures and want to start a collection. My SO on the other hand thinks they are creepy because they have no face.  He told me the other day that he would paint little faces on them to make them less creepy.  In return I told him the PS3 creeps me out so I would be throwing it out the window if any faces appear on the figures.

I love Willow Tree figurines, and we ALMOST went with this as our cake topper… until we found our Luigi and Princess Daisy topper!

I think this is a wonderful cake topper and will make for a very special keepsake after your wedding.

@pasquel: hahaha that made me laugh. Although I agree with your SO about the lack of faces. My mentor teacher gave me one after my internship and I haven’t had the heart to tell her they weird me out.

Too cute!!  I love these, but never thought of using them as cake toppers!

Also…never been creeped out by the lack of faces.  I think if they had faces they would have too much personality and lack the simplicity.  Also, they would “look” like someone specific, you know?

We had the other figurine as our cake topper.  While I loved it and still do, it did not stay on our cake very well.  It actually has some scratches and dents from the falls.

We received this as a gift (it woud have been to tall for our cake as a topper) and keep it in a curio cabinet. I love it!
