What is it with boys and tvs? I swear. Boyfriend or Best Friend has a 42″ flat screen and all he can talk about is getting a 60″. Just how huge do the football players butts have to be on the screen?? Lol. I bargained with him… he gets a big tv and I’m allowed to get a big dog (I am wanting a great dane as dog #2 to go with my sweet corgi).

Its cute that he’s finally starting to “get it” about the jewelry… sometimes boys need concrete examples hehe. I’m hoping he surprises you with a Christmas proposal… but if not then you will have a very romantic spring or summer one 🙂

It is so fun that you get to do wedding planner for your JOB! Screw this lawyering thing.. I wanna do that. 🙂 I would feel way less badly about spending so much time on WB!

Wow you went through all the trouble to learn how to be a court reporter and then just stopped after 4 years?! I am so amazed whenever I’m in a deposition… I just sit there trying to figure out how seemingly random keystrokes make a perfect transcript. I know that its a skill like anything else… but I am seriously fascinated by it haha.

I think a short engagement is probably a REALLY good thing for you or you would change your mind 47 times on everything with all of that information 24/7. heh.

@ crebre80I’m so looking forward to when you actually get engaged because I’m looking forward to all of the ideas you’ll share!  Oh, and what does M do that he can write a ring off, that will be awesome for you!

way to put your foot down about the ring. I don’t get the obsession of HUGE tv’s! I keep trying to explain to FH that other things come before the tv when we have one that works now.

Boys + money = big TVs!  Yup, I’ve been trying to prove that equation wrong but I haven’t found too much success.

While I was away at school, Fiance insisted on buying me a 34 inch tv because he couldn’t stand to watch on my tiny 24 inch when he was up on the weekends.  I let him because I knew it was a battle I wouldn’t win…he watches TV on his high def projector which is equivalent to a 100+ inch TV.

@catlady that is too funny that your guy bought you a tv! I have a 27 inch huge box of a tv I got like 5 years ago at walmart for $200. You know what? IT WORKS. haha. My bf hats it sooo much. He threatens to break it on a daily basis so I’ll “have” to let him buy me a flat screen. I wouldn’t even let him carry it the last time I moved because I seriously thought he’d drop it “on accident” hehe. To make matters worse, I have a 13 inch tv in my bedroom I’ve had since …. wait for it….. 8th grade hahaha. And I love tv! I just don’t care what I watch it on. Apparently he thinks once we move this spring/summer, we’re going to buy like 3 new tvs. MMhhmm okay buddy, and where is this cash coming from?
