Wait, do you mean you want to store it for 25 years, or find one that is currently 25 years old?

I mean, if you want to get wine snobby, you’d ideally store it in a dark basement, horizontally, and spin the wine every few months or so to avoid settlement.

But, I’d suggest doing the wine thing once a year. I saw it at one wedding, the pastor handled it in a super cheesy way (“now, before you two do anything stupid, open the box, drink the wine, etc..” who says that?) If you want a good bottle of wine that isn’t over the top, I’d suggest either the Chardonnay or Cabernet by Cakebread Cellars. Both are under $100, and absolutely fantastic. They are not 25 years old, but I believe you may be able to find a 2009 or 2010 for either (both good years for Cakebread.)
