Colours are slate grey and ivory. Going for a very ‘not christmas’ look so no red, gold or green!

Here is my wedding look!

Our venue was a Sugar Shack in Quebec, so we had a rustic winter theme. Our colours were Red, light yellow, Turquoise and Brown.

Our reception decor:

@DeathByDesign:  You’re gorgeous! Love the cloak! I would totally copy that idea if I thought there was a chance of snow at ours….really don’t think it will happen!

@Loupyloo:  I was really worried we were not going to have snow at our wedding! We had an extremely mild winter in Ontario & Quebec this year. In Ontario there was no snow at all and in Montreal there was very little… luckily our venue was in a rural area where they actually had a few feet of snow!

@Koreanna:  I rented my cape from the same place I bought my dress, which was a small second hand bridal salon in Ontario called “Gown Go Round”.

Not very wintery where we live, but here’s my dress and a few reception photos. We had fake snow falling on the guests as they arrived for the winter feel :).

@SimplyMrsC:  you know, in some photos it comes out pinkish, this one happened to come out darker. I think in person it was a little pinker.

I’ll play! We didn’t really have a “theme” but our colors were forest green, champagne, and ivory. Our centerpieces were ivory candleabras with sparkles hanging from them. This was our venue:

@SimplyMrsC:  Thanks! I love your candelabras by the way, think we are planning something similar. Love the idea of loads of candles at a winter wedding.

This is our venue from outside – a dusting of snow would go down nicely!
