- Wedding: May 2013
So my Wedding is not for a while (January 2014) but I am stressing over our venue size. Long story short we were going to get married next May, but decided to push the wedding back due to financial issues, and waiting for me to graduate college. Now instead of a May wedding we are having a January rustic winter wedding…. which I am so excited about and love but looking at pictures of our Venue (the Winterbourne, in Orange Park, Fl) I am very nervous about seating. The venue is a restored Historic Home so the main room where the reception will be held can accomodate 6 large round tables so 60 guests, along with the sweetheart table, dj, and cake table leaving a little bit of room for the dance floor.
When we were having a summer wedding is was no concern to put some tables outside, now though i am worried about guest being offended if they have to sit out on the patio in the cold and not near Fiance and I. I know we are going to have more than 60 guests, trying to cut it down to 100 people, and we can rent a tent with sides…. i just don’t want to offend anyone.
Has any other bride had to deal with this issue of seperate seating areas and / or weather conditions????
thanks so much xoxoxo
