Ugh, I just had my wisdom teeth out today around 2pm. Now its 10 hours later, I’m still STARVING, need a smoke (but can’t have one for 2 more days) and not as tired as I thought I would be!
Any recommendations on what I could eat? I have bought jello, pudding, tomato soup, chocolate milk and alphagettis (lol) and before anyone says it, I don’t like chicken noodle soup.

I actually did not like warm things when I had my teeth out….cold and very soft ice cream was good.

Mashed potatoes (I was partital to KFC) are good, as well as applesauce. I think macaroni and cheese was alright too. And of course ice cream, like beekiss mentioned!

I ate grilled cheese almost everyday when I had mine out….grilled cheese, clam chowder, and yogurt.
I wasn’t even hungry the week following getting mine out – I was very uncomfortable and was scared of getting the “air pockets” and having an infection.

Mashed or pureed potatoes definitely.
And I totally had baby food the first couple days after my wisdom teeth were out. The fruit ones– can I say AWESOME?!
I was scared of the air pockets too. I ended up getting a canker sore way in the back which I thought was an air pocket (until the dentist or whatever you call him confirmed it was a canker sore). It KILLED though.
