A thread where we post something positive about what is happening for our weddings or in our lives?
Dear God, fates or whomever
I am SO glad that my heart isn’t showing signs of my hypotrophic cardiomyopathy. That whole sudden death thing was scary as hell. Now, please don’t let my daughters have it too. (Since I have the genetic mutation, my daughters have a 50% chance of having it too)
Thanks for coming dress shopping with me yesterday it was fun!
I love it that you surprised me while I was shopping just to have a hug and kiss before rushing off again. You’re the best 🙂
Dear Dirty Delete,
You stayed home with a friend all day while I was out. Thanks for not trashing the house I appreciate not having to make you clean it all up this morning.

I’m thankful for technology specifically my iPhone so I can keep in touch w 4 bridesmaids out of state and my mom who is in Germany this week, and of course my awesome FH. It’s county fair time & even though it’s a pain I love being around all of my little brothers & cousins showing livestock. Life is great!

Thanks for noticing I was having a rough day yesterday and just giving me a hug and telling me you love me. And then making dinner for the kids so I could take a couple minutes to myself.
Thanks for doing the handwashing without being told. You are great kids and even though you test me once in awhile you really come through for me when it counts.

Dear lady in front of me at McDonalds,
Thanks for paying for my breakfast in a random act of kindness…I was having a rough morning.
Thanks for coming with me to all our baby classes/appts – it really means a lot that you’re so interested in everything and I don’t feel so overwhelmed.
Dear little brother (in Japan),
Thanks for helping out other people around you even though you’re worried about what the devastation means to you’re future. You’re compassion helps put everything else in perspective.

Thanks for going gown shopping. We had such a great time, a lot of laughs, and you definitely made it a truly memorable moment. Thanks for your brutal honesty and taking care of the unecessary BS.
Dear Maid/Matron of Honor (Older sister). Thanks for your love and support, and checking in with me every now and then on how the wedding is.
Dear future husband- Thanks for wanting to be a part of the wedding planning. Even though you can be overbearing, I appreciate the fact that you found our venue, photographer and florist. That was a huge help! Thanks cooking dinner every night. You are the best. I cannot wait until we get married. I am looking forward to a wonderful life with you.
Dear cats (LOL!) I am so happy that Fiance and I decided to adopt you. You have truly livened up the apartment, gave us many laughs and turned Fiance into a crazy cat person. We love you to pieces, even when you decide to misbehave.

Ohmygosh, you Bees are going to make my cry a little tear of happiness!
Thank you for loving me! We live 1.5 hr away, you drive every weekend to see me, even though most times I am stuck in my office studying or running experiments in the lab. You give me moral support as I struggle through the first two years of grad school, and I know you will be my biggest cheerleader when I graduate, hopefully in three more years!
Love, your future wife
