you could add a trim along the whole neckline to add another inch.  You could layer over it some lace that is similar to that on the dress. You could get another inch easily

your seamstress can probably add a modesty panel on the neckline to make it higher.

I actually think that it should be fine as is. The neckline isn’t as deep as I thought it would be so it shouldn’t need much if anything to cover you compleatly. I’d say to see how it looks when they take it in and if you still think you are showing too much try to fix it.

@bride21:  I agree.  The sweetheart neckline is subtle on your dress – you may be surprised with proper alterations, that it fits just as you like.  GORGEOUS dress at a fabulous price!!!

The fact that it’s a couple sizes too big will help, too. I had to buy my dress like that since I’m huge on top, too.

That’s not bad at all!  I’ve seen way more boobage in wedding dresses!  Try it on, take it to a seamstress, but I think you’ll be surprised.  Plus, your wedding is a day to glam it up a big, if you feel comfortable in it, I say wear it as is.

I agree with PP’s ideas.  Another one is to add sleeves and a high neckline in some sort of sheer fabric.  You could add some lace around the neck and wrists, and it would be really pretty.
