i have a bunch of windows in my venue and decided to put tea lights in them for decoration. but i cant decide if i like them better with or without the stones. so bees, i turn to you! what do you think?
and here they are set up in a window sil at home with a towel behind it so the light wouldnt shine through and ruin the effect of the candles

I’m a big fan of them with the stones! Cute idea!

I voted with 🙂 The lights reflect so prettily off the stones and I like the way you have them scattered.

The stones are pretty, but the simplicity of the candles in the jars is perfect. I kind of feel like the stones are a little overplayed. Candles in the windows are going to be so gorgeous!

Without the stones looks way more classic. The stones almost cheapen the look for me!

@Babeeb mom: Agree. With the stones looks a little fussy

@Babeeb mom: ITA. I really like how they look without the stones. Haha, it’s almost 50/50 on the poll, guess we’re not really helping, are we?! 😀

Hi! I think either way is great but somehow with the stones, I get a “beach wedding” vibe from them. What kind of wedding are you having?

@TinyTina: I know! I don’t think we’re helping the OP very much…

I could see it either way, both are beautiful, but I vote with!

I think opalescent craft stones like that cheapen the look and make it look less sophisticated. Go simple and beautiful!
