Starting weight:  218

Goal weight:  (For wedding in 46 days) 200-210

What i plan on doing: I’m mostly at the point for toning up and building muscle.  My dress fits like a glove and I don’t want any alterations.  I want to tighten =)  Zumba classes Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, Strength Training:Wednesday, Friday and Sunday(give or take sundays, haha)

Fun Fact:  My high school crush had the same birthday as my brother.  I thought it was fate.  Though I never said 2 words to him.  like, ever.  haha

@mattsgirl813: Eh, I tend to weigh everyday, just to see how I did the day before so it really doesn’t matter to me =)  Probably mondays works the best!

Starting weight: **Will weigh myself tonight; its been a while. Can someone say DENIAL!**

Goal weight: 150

What i plan on doing: continuing my portion control, no fast food, limiting soda intake

Fun Fact: As a child, I had a pet pig named Pork Chop.

(I hope it’s okay that I only want to lose around 15 pounds?)

Starting Weight: 141 as of yesterday

Goal Weight: 125

What I plan on doing: 

-eating much more healthy, emphasis on whole grains and lots of veggies

-eating less (I overeat all the time, eat when I’m not hungry, etc)

-starting a walking/jogging program then eventually get into running again

-stop drinking pop and juice -> go to milk and water

Fun Fact: I am obsessed with anything Zombie. Movies, books, comics, games, it’s all like crack to me.

Goal weight: 168

I’m not going to be dieting myself, but I am cohabiting with and cooking for and supporting my Fiance, who is trying to lose 10 or 15 lbs. So I think collaborating with you all might help me get in the zone. I’ve stopped buying junk food, so that he won’t be tempted. I’m making a commitment to cook him healthy, high-protein meals every night, even when I really, really want spaghetti. Pasta is my crack. I think I deserve a Girlfriend Award, basically.

I’m going to be doing my usual exercise routine: ultimate, yoga, and weights. This morning I went to the gym with a dudebro and did some really intense plyos and agility stuff to work on jumping, quickness, and footspeed. I’m going to head to yoga in an hour with a ladyfriend to get my inner peace on. Tomorrow: heavy weights! I’m going to try to squat 108 lbs if I’m having a good morning. Do you think I can do it?

Fun fact: I met Diane Keaton at a dinner party last week. (!!!)

@Gingersnap:  GIRL!  I’m a big overeater! (but you can prob. guess from my weight haha!)  My biggest issue is the TV!  gahh!  =)  And did you know they re-made some classic books into Zombies?  Like Pride & Prejudice?  I think it’s “Pride & Prejudice & Zombies”  hahaha
