i am going to list all of the places, but only list the weight loss/gain of the first 5 places..if as a majority we decide to add the loss/gain of EVERYONE i will go in and edit it. I dont want anyone to be upset.

I offered to send anyone who wanted it the list I have made of low calorie foods, but only 2 of our ladies asked for it 🙁 I’m sure most of the 6 lbs was water and I didn’t think I should really be counted!!! I will be able to tell for sure next Friday. I count my calories and keep them under 1500 a day with doing cardio 3 days a week and 2 days of weight lifting at work. I am going to show a starting picture and a newer picture for all of the bees to see that it really can be done and you can keep MOST of the weight off!!

On a side note: I’m glad I logged on here just now, my fiance just ordered a big ‘ol PIZZA! I want a piece so bad but I am going to have some grilled chicken and veggies instead. It’s hard but it’s worth it – my ‘skinny’ jeans are getting loose on me!!

so ladies i have to say i didnt do very well this weekend. i didnt go totally off track but i did have pizza on friday, and cornbread salad on saturday:(. i have a date with gym later today, but i need to get back on track. these weekends kill me

And an update on me: I started at 182 last week and fridays check in i was down to 181. I checked this morning and am now at 179!!! YEAH!!!! Let’s hope this keeps up!!
