OK so I’ve been stalking this eternity ring on berricle for the last two months. I’m a perfect size 5.5 and was waiting for it to ocme back in that size. Eventually I broke down about two weeks ago and sent them an email. They informed me that the ring would be back in stock within 2-4 weeks and that they would email me when it arrived. On Friday I see that the ring is back in stock but not in half sizes.
I call them and one of their representatives explains that the manufacturer actually makes only full sizes but that berricle personally measure them to verify the size. She informs me she will have someone measure the rings and notify me once they find a 5.5. On my way to work about 6:50pm PST I get an email that they have 5.5 in very limited quanities. I get to work and try to order it by 7:30pm but it’s sold out. I send them an email.
Saturday morning I call them half an hour after they open. They inform me that that they are sold out of the 5.5 but will email me again if they measure more rings and find a 5.5. Half an hour later I get a call from the same representive that I spoke to that morning. She informs me that they found a ring that is between a 5.25 to a 5.5. She says if I’d like to order it that they will provide me with a free return label if the ring does not work out. I jump at the opportunity and ask her to apply the latest coupon which is 20% off. She agrees and takes my order right on the phone but offers to let me call back in a few hours if this is not a convienent time. Overall I have to say my experience with them is better than any online retailer I’ve delt with. This is my fourth purchase from them and I will continue to make all of my CZ buys with them. With this level of customer service I just wish that they sold diamonds with 14k wg as well.
