I had an AWFUL experience with her. She promised to deliver my dress in April, repeatedly move it back but now says taht she can’t make my dress because she got too busy!!! It’s too late for me to go to a bridal boutique to buy a dress because I wasted 3 months waiting for her. I wouldn’t recommend her. She may make beautiful dresses for cheap, but her words can’t be trusted. She has issues committing to orders.

I have a chinese friend who sells on  ebay, and i wanted to just comment on culture differences that i see from them in how they conduct business. Chinese sometimes do not communicate well, so you sould be pro-active in getting the information you need from the seller. Make sure you communicate your must have delivery date, the shipping time, the handling, creation time, etc. Make sure you go over all the material, sizes, etc.. I have no idea about this seller, but probably they got over saturated. This is a problem when a small 1-2 people team, gets so many orders, they do not know how to limit their orders, and then they are lost when it comes to just say no to buyers, when they are over loaded. Anyway, for any seller, in general, they are trying to make a business, and build a reputation. For Ebay, if a seller get even a few back feedback, Ebay may put limits on the number of sales they can have per month, this is good and bad, because Ebay has no buyer accountablity, and buyer use this to get free stuff on Ebay. For Etsy, the buyer should raise a red flad when the answers are not certian or clear, or they see too many recent bad feedbacks. You can alos see if they have too many sells in a month, and bad feedback, then they are over saturated. Many Chinese seller strive very hard for cutomer satisfaction, so i think the problem is more related to business growth skills. Also, keep in mind, in China, after spring festival, all dress makers are greatly back ordered, and takes a few months to catch up, and it is spring, when most people get married.
