Just to let you bees know that I seem to have got a super sensitive batch of wondfo OPKs that I think are throwing false positives. Just in case other people are using wondfo at the moment.
I kept on getting OPKs that were nearly positive or even clearly negative at 5 mins and were just positive like this after 10 mins. I had no other signs of impending ovulation, but my test always dries positive. Even a good fortnight before any signs of actual ovulation.
I am now only counting my wondfos as being positive if they look like this (or close to it) at 5 mins and then am disregarding any changes that happen after 5 mins. Fair to say today’s OPK is a blazing positive!

Interesting, I’ve never seen Wondfos do that! Are you sure you’re not pregnant?? If you’re pregnant, you’ll get a positive on an ovulation test, so that could be the case if you don’t think you’re anywhere close to ovulating yet!

splishsplash : I had a batch I thought were undersensitive so I held them in the urine longer to help get a better read. Did you take a HPT to rule out pregnancy just in case?

kes18 : Kayla0416 : thanks bees. I would love to be pregnant, but I did do a HPT to rule it out already. My BBT has been super low as well, confirming I haven’t even ovulated yet. The photo of the blazing positive was from yesterday and I do have some signs of impending O now, so I’m hoping today may be the day.
Really the purpose of my post was a public service announcement that there are clearly some oversensitice wandfos doing the rounds! Interesting that kes18 : had a batch that were undersensitive too!

Well I mean…it clearly says on the test to read it at the 5 minute mark.
Anything after that is not a reliable result. Same thing with pregnancy tests.
