(Closed) Wood Fans – What do I do next?

    Maybe you can make a stencil and then just use paint? Individually writing on each one sounds like a ton of work!

    Make a stencil for the middle and paint with chalkboard paint! Super Duper cute(:

    I like the chalkboard paint idea in the middle of the fan.  You could use a chalkboard marker to write the date of the wedding.  People could then take them home and really use them for whatever they wanted.  Then tie a bow or something at the base of the fan.

    I would get a floral/leaf stencil or stamp and use in the orange color for more of a pop.

    If you like lace you could use decoupage glue and add lace appliques to your fan or really anything that will lay flat and fits nto your rustic theme.  Or if you took a piece of lace and painted over it in either gray or orange then peeled the lace fabric off you would get a negative of the lace pattern.
