The caterer has Girlfriend pizza dough, so that won’t be a problem! I am going to use @canthugallcats
‘s suggestion and ask about any dietary restrictions on the RSVP card. 🙂
We will definitely be having the margarita pizza because we have some very picky guests and pretty much everyone likes cheese pizza! The potato pizza is a little unusual but very tasty! We’ll also definitely be having that one for the vegans and my dad who has a tomato allergy.

Great idea! All the flavours sound delicious to me:)

The first two options sound AMAZING. Everything else I’d at least be willing to try. Sounds yummy… love this idea!

I would happily eat them all! NOM NOM NOM.
Also, In My Humble Opinion pizza is a food that transcends meat-eating preferences. I think even strict carnivores will be happy with this.
The only thing I would suggest is to add at least 1 green salad to go with them. I would suggest a pear, walnut and aragula salad with optional blue cheese dressing, and an Italian salad with tomatoes and herbs.

WE did this same thing at our wedding! Wood fired pizza from a local pizza truck! We did 4 flavors: pepperoni/sausage, Thai chicken, fennel sausage white pizza, pesto chicken (that was also the vegetarian option, chicken free). We also served a big salad.
Huge success! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions . I’m so glad we did it!
EDIT: They provided gluten free crust, and since they made the pizza on site, they could make special dietary pizza (with goat cheese, etc)

@clairebbbear: They are providing a salad! It comes with one option of salad, which is actually an apple, walnut, goat cheese, and aurgula salad (are you psychic??). 🙂 We might get a second salad option if we end up with extra money in the budget.
