I’m trying to write a thank-you note to my officiant and I’m kind of stumped! I’ve tried Googling this but couldn’t find much, so I thought I’d ask for opinions on WB!
I’m wondering what an appropriate wording would be for a thank you note to our officiant. He attended the wedding with his wife and son, so I want to address them as well. And they brought us a gift. Also, we had our initial meeting at his home and his wife made a special dinner for us.
How would I tie all of this together in one thank you? I’m obviously terrible with words lol.

Dear so and so family.
It truley meant a lot to Darling Husband and I that you, Rev So and So, officiated our wedding. You took the time to get to know us and as a result the ceremony was perfect. We will always remember the kind words you said and how comfortable you made us feel on a day when we were already excited and anxious.
Mrs. So and So also made us feel very welcome in your home with the fabulous meal she prepared and served. The gift your entire family gave us was beyond generous since you officiating was gift enough. It was a fantastic day with an even more special ceremony. We can’t thank you enough.
