At the bottom of the invites…. I currently have:
Dinner, dancing and merriment to follow.
I’m wondering, if I should include “cocktails” (we’ll have a social/cocktail hour (& a half) immediately following the ceremony (at the same site as the ceremony)
So – should I reprhase to say:
Cocktails, dinner and dancing to follow
Also – should there be mention that this will all take place at the same place (ie: it’s a college campus and the ceremony is in the chapel and the cocktail hour and reception is close by).
Do you think it’s important to note what time dinner will be served?
I really don’t want to have another insert with reception info – even though, that’s probably technically correct. I’ll have an RSVP card and a map card. Maybe on the map card I can note what time dinner is served ???
