I wouldn’t put the distance, that seems like overkill. You could do “For your convenience, rooms are available at the following hotels” then list the two hotels with their adresses, contact number and directions for how to reference the block.

Can you include a small map with the hotels and the venues plotted?

I would just list the hotels then say room are blocked under the Smith wedding.

Are the hotels providing shuttles for your guests?  You might mention that if they are.

Our accommodation card reads:

“A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriot Renaissance Hotel.

To receive the discounted rate of $129 per night, reservastions should be made through the link on our website, or by calling 1-800-xxx-xxxx and mentioning the nmsoonerbride wedding”

We did not include the accomodation cards in the invites to people that we know wouldn’t be staying in the hotel…that saved us a little money.

Our Reception card (everyone got one) said :Please join us for dinner, drinks and merriment immediately after the ceremony at Reception location,  location address”

Then at the bottom of the card “For maps and other information, please see our website:  nmsoonerbride.com”
