So I started Weight Watchers In June with Fi, I’ve lost a little over 10 pounds, but I can’t get the scale to budge anymore. Plus, I’ve started to stress eat too… blah…
Has anyone else committed to a fitness routine before the big day? I guess I just need some motivation!

You’ve got this! I have a friend who struggles with weight and she keeps a detailed food journal and does fitness with friends. Maybe you could ask a close friend to be your fitness/food buddy for support and motivation. I always find it easier to work out when I have someone else waiting on me.

I’ve started running and will hopefully be running a 10k 2 weeks after the wedding! It works to have a goal!

I had a horrible experience at the end of July when I went to pick up my dress (it didn’t fit), but that motivated me to stop eating terribly. I’ve lost 20 lb in the last 6 weeks just from eating better. Unfortunately, I haven’t made time for the gym yet, but just eating 1200-1400 calories a day. No low-carb, no crazy diets. Just following a lower calorie diet with built in “treats” so I can stay on it. I’ve been on enough crash diets to know they dont work, and just eating better works!

@girlhero23: I agree! It is amazing how much better your body feels when it is being fueled properly! If only I didn’t love beer so much!

I reallyhate working out. With a passion. I have never been able to fully commit to an exercise routine, but I started doing Zumba and I love it. I suck and I dont care. My first class I was sooooolost, but I had a blast and burned almost 600 calories! Just try one class and I promise you will love it.
BTW-I realize how much I sound like a cheesy infomercial……but I really can’thelp it!

I started Ideal Protein 7 weeks ago and I’ve lost 24lbs and I have 26lbs more to go! I’m getting married on March 23, 2013! I should reach goal in two months! It’s the easiest thing I’ve done ever!
Before I started Ideal Protein, I was working out 6 days a week and easter SUPER CLEAN for 6 mos and only lost 6lbs. So discouraging!
I feel amazing and look even better! I had to order my dress a few weeks ago 1 size smaller bc inititally the sample dress was too tight, but when I went back to order my dress 2 weeks later, the sample fit like a glove! The results are amazing and I am so happy my firend introduced me to it bc my life has changed!
