(Closed) working it out, but how?

You should try some chest presses for the area near the breast, and also you can do some tricep free weight exercises. Also do about 20-30 cardio before you do strength exercises. It will take time to firm up. good luck!

Be careful about building up a lot of muscle if you’ve already had your dress fitting; a friend of mine did some serious weight-lifting, and it almost caused the bodice of her dress not to fit.

I agree–oblique, chest and tricep exercises will work the best.  That’s a problem area for me in a big way and it’s where I’m devoting ALOT of my energy as my wedding day gets closer. 

The big problem is that that area is really hard to target so you really have to work a lot of the muscles around it effectively to try and activate it.

I just saw that other thread about doing pushups… seems like a great idea and I will try it.  (I’ve got that same problem flabby area- ugh!)
