I definitely do. It makes me feel ALOT better! On those days the last thing I want to do is go to the gym, I MAKE myself go and feel tons better afterward.

I always do, but I never really have TOM side effects like tiredness or cramping.  I always feel so much better after going to the gym, regardless of when I go!

Me too! I drag myself to the gym and honestly feels loads better once I get going. I try to make it a point to go the week before because I find it cuts down on a lot of the unpleasant side effects – I feel less gross and roly poly.

It’s sooo much harder to motivate myself to do it, but I’m *always* glad I do!

I always worked out during my TOM. Exercise endorphins are amazing for cramps, and I always felt less gross afterwards.

Yes – I have to push myself into it, but I’m always happy I did. It really helps invigorate you and also (for me) relieves the pain and some of the fatigue.

I teach group fitness, so I don’t have a choice. I love it though. I mean, I never want to go before class, but afterwards, I feel amazing. Now, my body is pretty used to it, so I run and weight train during TOM too.

Absolutely.  I don’t do anything during that TOM that I don’t do usually (except maybe act more irritable to everyone around ;)).

Doesn’t bother me to workout during Aunt Flo.

Absolutely! The more I work out in general (not just TOM), the fewer and weaker PMS symptoms I have. The exercise balances my body out.

It actually makes me feel better, cramps go away with vigorous exercise,  though I’ll admit the first day (which is my worst) I often skip the workout. I don’t think there’s any shame in that. Sometimes it just wipes you out and I think we deserve one day a month to do as little as possible!
