(Closed) Working out during TWW

firedancer76:  I’m not TTC or a mother but my understanding is that if it is something you always do you should be able to keep doing it during your TWW, and early pregnancy.

firedancer76:  Your current level of activity can, and honestly should be sustained now, and through out pregnancy.  As long as you listen to your body, and do not overdo it, then you should be fine!!

firedancer76:  I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and prior to pregnany was running 25-30 miles a week. During my TWW, I continued my normal activities. I figured, if I was meant to get pregnant I would. IMO, altering your normal routine every cycle during the tww is doing too much. I mean, that’s like not working out half of every month in the hopes of being pregnant. The psychological benefits of working out, especially during the ttc process, are very beneficial to you. Hope it all works out for you! 🙂
